The Moderne is the third tower at Royal Connaught Square — launched as the tallest residential condominium in Hamilton. A pinnacle project on the downtown landscape, and the culmination of a multi-phase master plan KLBR8 helped bring to market.
The project
Downtown Hamilton’s skyline needed a tower that read as the deliberate top of the Royal Connaught story — not another add-on. The Moderne was positioned to be that project.
