Privacy policy

Last updated October 8, 2026

KLBR8 Inc. (“KLBR8”) runs klbr8.com and klbr8.io. This page explains what we collect when you use either site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: hello@klbr8.com.

What we collect

  • When you request a call on klbr8.io: your name and email, plus anything else you enter (phone, company, role, launch timing, best time to call and your note). We also record the page you arrived on and the site that sent you, so we know how you found us. Your browser remembers this only until you close the tab.
  • When you request a call from the Ask KLBR8 chat: the form may include a short note about what you asked. You can read, edit or delete it before you send.
  • When you email us: your email address and what you write.
  • When you visit: anonymous counts of visits and clicks, such as how many people clicked “Talk to us”. This doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.

The Ask KLBR8 chat

What you type in the chat is sent to our AI service provider to write the replies. KLBR8 doesn’t keep a record of chat conversations. Please don’t share personal details in the chat; to talk with us, use the request-a-call form.

How we use it

To reply to you and arrange a call. If you tick the consent box, we may contact you by email or phone about your enquiry. We don’t sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Where it’s kept

We use service providers to host our sites, run the chat and store enquiries. They handle your information only on our behalf. Some of them store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessed under local law.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to follow up with you and keep normal business records. Ask us and we’ll delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Email hello@klbr8.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
