The brief
Launching a midrise condo in Hamilton requires carrying the specific Locke-Street brand of city living into a sales presentation that distinguished the project from larger developments elsewhere in the downtown core.
What we did
Brand strategy anchored to Locke Street’s identity as Hamilton’s independent-shop neighbourhood. The campaign, collateral, and presentation centre carried that distinction all the way through the deposit.
