The concept and theme are demonstrated by the high quality, high impact, complete sensory experience this sales centre delivers: Lake House is resoundingly the ultimate waterfront lifestyle community in the region. The Lake House sales centre is located on the shores of Lake Ontario on the actual building site.Visitors can experience first hand the uninterrupted views and the true essence of the Lake House brand promise. Unlike local competitors who claim to be waterfront communities, Lake House buyers were assured of this reality when visiting the site, walking the property and taking in the location, product, and lifestyle benefits of Branthaven’s community. The creative direction for Lake House is to present a bold, memorable and nautical looking logo that would resonate in many mediums -signage, bags, brochure and sales centre environment. It is iconic, bold, and communicates the confidence to the Lake House community. Branthaven’s Lake House sales brochure/kit is a compelling brand experience that instantly communicates the high quality lifestyle promise of both the builder and the waterfront community. It looks and feels like a luxury resort marketing piece. The website and its openingvideo takes its visitors on a breathtaking journey to Branthaven’s latest realestate development to experience an “all-inclusive”, carefree resort lifestyle.The destination? Lake House in Grimsby, an enticing new waterfront playground,surrounding your new Branthaven home. The target group includes well-travelled professionals, energetic young families, active empty nesters and intrepid snowbirds thatshare a love of living by the water, being energized and inspired by it everyday.

Overall success

The eblast effectiveness was a huge success in terms of sales event traffic quantity and quality.  More than 250 condos and towns were sold during the opening sales event in a traditionally slow-absorption market – a possible sales record for the town of Grimsby! The messages contained within the eblasts were concise and clearly delivered.  Recipients were empowered and educated about the site, products, pricing and benefits before they were treated to a deal clinching sales centre. During the event, it was noted by the sales broker that prospective buyers were not spending any time reviewing the displays or floorplans within the sales centre.  Rather, they were gravitating immediately toa sales person wanting to secure their lot/unit and model of choice before another buyer Branthaven’s sales goals were so dramatically exceeded in Phase 1, that they accelerated the release ofadditional phase ahead of schedule to keep up with demand!
